The Fenton Team's MLS Update works through an online system called Private Client Services, and is very easy to use. Begin by filling out the form below to indicate what you are looking for. The form will be sent to The Fenton Team who will add you onto the Private Client Services system. An email will promptly be sent to you that includes all of the properties on the market that meet your needs. After that new listings will come directly to your inbox as soon as they hit the market. Simple as that. You will also have access to the Private Client services system, through your own secure login, to allow you to manage your search or unsubscribe at anytime.

The Fenton Team has been using MLS Update for several years now and the feedback from clients has been overwhelmingly positive. While it cannot replace the knowledge, and insight of a human Realtor, it has proven itself invaluable in keeping clients informed and firmly in the driver seat.
